HOW TO RETURN ?

You can return the products you purchased from Hugdesign.us by contacting

info@hugdesign.com.tr within 14 days from the shipping date of your order.

Spesific conditions needed for all returns:

There should not be any abrasion, damage and breakage in the product.

Products must be returned with their original packaging and certificate card.

The product should be sent to the specified return addresses along with DHL and the tracking number should be provided to us.

**Return shipping fee should be paid by the customer.

HOW TO EXCHANGE ?

The exchange option is not available for online purchases. You can always return your order within the established return period and place another order.

REFUND ?

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
